Cancel item / order


Did you order the wrong item or did you change your mind at short notice? No problem! As long as the order has not yet been packed, you can cancel.

That's how it works:

• Select the "My orders" menu item in the user account.


• Click on "View order" and note the order number.


• Write us an email with the cancellation and the order number.


Important to know:

• We cannot cancel a cancellation. You can of course order from us at any time.


• Have you redeemed a voucher for your order? In this case, the order can only be canceled completely.


• After you have placed an order, the delivery and billing address cannot be changed. However, you can simply cancel the order and enter a different address if you order again.
