Payment in advance
If you pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment.
Depending on the bank, it may take up to 5 working days for your payment to reach us. Your ordered items remain reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 7 days).
Unfortunately we cannot change the selection of the offered payment methods manually. We kindly ask for your understanding if we currently are unable to offer your preferred payment method.
How to transfer correctly:
• Please always indicate the order number as the intended purpose. This is the only way we can assign your payment directly.
• Please transfer money for each order individually.
Select the payment in advance payment method
While you are ordering, you can select a payment method under "Payment method". If you want to change a selected payment method, simply click on "edit" next to the payment method.
If you return one or more items, the corresponding goods value will be credited back to the bank account from which you transferred.
