Refund after an order return

How long does it take to refund my return? The reimbursement varies depending on the payment method and takes place within 14 days after receipt of the return.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive an email confirmation from us and the purchase amount will be automatically refunded.

 

... and if you cancel? If you have canceled your order or an item is not available in exceptional cases, we will immediately refund the amount paid.

How does the refund work for the different payment methods?

Prepayment per bank transaction: You will receive a credit to your bank account. It can take up to 5 working days for the credit to appear on your account.

PayPal: The credit will be credited to the PayPal account you are using. You can determine yourself with PayPal whether the amount will be deposited in your PayPal account or posted back to your bank account.

Credit: In the event of a return, we will refund the remaining value of your voucher to your credit account at Flameco Fashion if the invoice amount is below the voucher value. If you have made an additional payment in addition to the voucher, the amount will be reimbursed according to your payment method.
