How does it work with the 30 day right of return?

You can return unworn items to us within 30 days.

This period applies from the day on which your goods were delivered to you. After 30 days, we can unfortunately no longer accept a return.

Try on shoes on a soft surface (e.g. carpet). Be careful not to remove the attached labels and not to dirty the articles.
