Refund of gift vouchers


1. Have you paid for your order completely with the gift voucher?

In this case, we will post the credit back to your credit account. Redeem them for your next order! You can see how much credit you currently have at any time in your user account under "My vouchers and my credit".

Important for you to know: Unfortunately, a cash payment of your credit is not possible.

2. Did you combine a gift voucher with another payment method to pay for your order?

Important for the reimbursement here: Is the purchase amount of all retained items less or higher than the value of the redeemed voucher?

a) ... the purchase amount is lower?

We will offset the gift voucher against the items you keep. We post the remaining credit to your credit account. We will reimburse you the amount paid in accordance with the payment method with which you combined the gift voucher.

b) ... the purchase amount is higher?

In this case, we will fully credit the voucher against the items you keep. The difference will be offset against the payment method with which you combined the gift voucher and you will receive a corresponding credit.
